The pages are exceptionally clean and are in Very Good to Near Fine condition. The front free endpaper has a short Christmas inscription and is dated 1931, with this page slightly creased. Otherwise this is an extremely clean book making this very rare and collectable book very desirable amongst modern first edition book collectors.
